You may think that going vegan is the hard part, but it is very important that you stay committed to being vegan, and for that, you’ll need motivation.

Being vegan can be a challenging and rewarding experience. It requires a commitment to living a lifestyle that is kind to animals and the environment, and this can be a source of motivation for many people. However, staying motivated can also be difficult when faced with social pressure, cravings for non-vegan foods, or the challenges of finding vegan options while dining out or travelling. Here are some strategies for staying motivated as a vegan:

  1. Remind yourself of your reasons for being vegan: It can be helpful to write down your reasons for veganism and refer back to them when you feel less motivated. Maybe you became vegan to improve your health, reduce your carbon footprint, or promote animal rights. Whatever your reasons, keep them front and centre in your mind and use them as inspiration to stay the course.
  2. Connect with other vegans: Surrounding yourself with other vegans can be a great source of support and motivation. You can connect with other vegans through social media, vegan meet-up groups, or vegan-themed events. Sharing meals, recipes, and stories with like-minded individuals…
