If you have just started on a plant-based/vegan journey, then see how healthy you can make it.

We are getting sicker and sicker, and the environment is suffering not to mention the misery of all the animals that are used, abused and slaughtered to feed the animal-hungry market.

Perhaps you are already on your journey to embracing the plant-based/vegan movement.

Regardless of how far along this journey you are, you now have the chance to make some wonderfully healthy choices with the food you’re eating. With that in mind, I’ve got some suggestions, and you can take a look at what you’re currently doing and see if the advice below matches up.

Whole foods.

First up is making sure you have as much whole food as possible instead of processed vegan foods. Whole plant foods in the form of fruits and vegetables cooked or raw is going to give you all the nutrients you need.
