How To Make Going Vegan Easy

This is an age-old problem that new vegans face. Having easy meals that can be prepared in a hurry and make the whole going vegan easy.
When you’re tired after a long day, the last thing you want to be doing is having to prepare and cook meals that:
So here are some tips and tricks that may help solve the problem
1. Advanced prep.
This is probably my #1 tip and, look at that … it’s in the number one slot!
The point of preparing in advance is that you’ll take the hassle and decision out of that onerous thought of “what am I going to have for dinner”
My suggestion is:
- Put aside one day a week (well, you won’t need a whole day) to do this.
- The day before make sure you have all the ingredients you’re going to need.
- Cut, chop, bake and refrigerate or freeze in easy to reach containers.
- Then each morning — take out from the freezer what you need.
- Voila, dinner is sorted — all you need to do is add the vegetables (which you’d be doing anyway if it was a meat meal that you were used to).
