How To Have A Vibrant Summer.
Three ways to enhance your summer
Don’t you love this time of the year? Summer welcomes outdoor activities, being with friends, holidays and, of course, Christmas. Are we for it with what we’ve been through the last few months? I think we are.
Here in the Southern Hemisphere, we celebrate the festive season in, quite often, sweltering heat, and those of us lucky enough will enjoy beach life with cool water and white (or black) sand.
With a bit of good management, those of us in the older generation should have weathered the winter months in good health, especially if having followed a beautiful whole-food vegan diet.

Food: Let’s start with the best! As we come into the celebration months and tables ladened with delectable delights, food has to be the top priority. What we put into our bodies does determine how well we feel.
