A constant for vegans is reading labels because it’s surprising how often part of an animal slips into the most innocuous item.

Goodwill to all should include the animals.

It appears that the longer one is single the easier which, in turn, makes the finding of a soul-mate a more daunting experience.

There is always going to be an ongoing battle between the animal industry and the plant foods. As a vegan I’d like to see a change for a different reason.

When a random visitor wanders in, finds a comfortable place to hide, helps themselves to food, it’s time to make a decision. They have to go.

Protein is a critical block for building muscle mass and it regulates the body’s cells, tissues and organs. Pretty vital!

No matter which way you look at this, you cannot justify advocating cruelty or illegal behaviour towards animals.

There are ways we can be sustainable and create jobs if we can ever let go of the animal agriculture.

I read this article through three ‘Sending dariy calves to beef farms could slash our carbon footprint.’ Three times and I still couldn’t understand how it worked.
